This is a commission piece for :iconjustyne: of her lovely character Declan O' Dwyer :). It's a tad more detailed than usual, but the character seemed to call for a lot of detail.

Declan is a rich, sophisticated man who is both a magician and poet. He is cynical and temperamental and comes from a modern fantasy setting hence the mixed clothing styles. His left eye is permanently dilated, which is just one of his unique features. He was a real pleasure to draw!
